California requires all license applicants to pass three (3) college-level courses:
Real Estate Principles (required)
Real Estate Practice (required)
Legal Aspects of Real Estate (preferred elective)
Each college level course cannot be completed in less than 18 days from the date of enrollment. Therefore, you can complete all three (3) in 7.5 weeks. You are allowed a maximum of one (1) year to finish these courses. We offer a state of the art online interactive program through Executive Programs Real Estate School.
We offer hours of digitally recorded crash course state examination preparation. Executive Programs Real Estate School – eprealestateschool.com – has fine tuned the art of virtual training. We offer this virtual crash course in segments you can take at your own home. You can repeat any segment as often as you desire.
Roughly 1100 simulated State Examination questions are provided within the seven (7) categories the State of California tests license applicants. This sophisticated interactive question and answer system will provide any participant an online scoring technology which will allow students to see their weak and strong subjects. Students can repeat any and all categories up to a full year from the date of enrollment.
